Shipping policy

We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx and require signature confirmation for your delivery in order to ensure that your items are delivered safely.

As we are a small custom business please allow 5 business days to process your order for shipment and add to that the length of time your chosen shipping method takes.

Studio LJV is not responsible for any missed packages or lost deliveries, etc.
